Front Desk/Host

Front Desk/Host at Dave & Buster’s responsible for delivering a welcoming guest experience and guiding guests through retail, game rentals, and dining interactions. Responsibilities include greeting Guests, coordinating game rentals and merchandise sales, answering phones, handling cash and transactions, managing wait times and seating to ensure fair table turns, stocking and maintaining front desk areas, and communicating issues to management. The role requires strong communication, a friendly attitude, the ability to read and write English, and being at least 16 years old. Experience in restaurant, retail, or cashier roles is preferred but not required. Flexible schedules and ability to work with a team are valued.
