Front Desk Hospitality Specialist for Springfield office. You will be the first voice and face for Phoenix Home Care and Hospice, responsible for handling a high volume of calls, greeting applicants, caregivers, clients, and visitors with professionalism and warmth, connecting callers to the right departments, assisting with information gathering for staff and families, supporting office operations with clerical tasks, preparing documentation and reports as needed, and helping create a positive, supportive office atmosphere. Must have excellent phone presence, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, strong customer service and hospitality mindset, proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel, and be reliable with dependable attendance.
