Job Summary
Front Desk Attendant (Part-time) at Hampton Inn West Des Moines/Lake Drive. Provide exceptional customer service, greet guests, manage reservations, check-in and check-out guests, process payments, and respond promptly to guest needs. Maintain a high level of service, work well in a fast-paced team environment, and support guests throughout their stay with attention to detail.
