Job Summary
Front Desk Guest Experience Sales Associate at Club Pilates South Salem who will blend memberships and retail sales with studio tasks and member care. Responsibilities include contacting prospective members, conducting tours, achieving monthly sales goals for memberships and retail, answering phones and greeting clients, selling memberships online/in person/over the phone, guiding members in using the Club Pilates app, maintaining stock and studio cleanliness, and participating in special events. The role requires strong sales, customer service, and communication skills, ability to learn Club Ready software, and the ability to work both independently and in a team in a part-time, hourly position with a 17/hour base plus 10% commission and growth opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills required
- Goal-oriented with ability to achieve sales in memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training
- Ability to learn and use the Club Ready software system
- Ability to stand for up to 7 hours throughout the workday
- Must be fluent in English with excellent communication via in-person, phone/text and email
- Must be able to work both independently and within a team
- Must be able to occasionally participate in special events (health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and community and hospital events)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Authorization to work in the United States required
- Must be able to pass Background Check process
