Job Summary
Promote customer safety, actively listen to guests to recommend and sell indoor skydiving experiences, and resolve product or service issues by clarifying complaints and expediting corrections. Maintain a positive attitude to assist customers in a timely manner while stocking merchandise, cleaning the facility, operating the wind tunnel, and processing refunds and reschedules. Capture marketing-related photography, video, and social content as needed. Work a full-time schedule standing for approximately eight hours on a point-of-sale system with weekend availability required. Required Qualifications
