Job Summary
Sell iFLY experiences to guests and act as the first point of contact, using strong selling and customer-service skills. Drive in-venue experiences through active listening and product recommendations, manage POS transactions, handle refunds/rescheduling, and assist with merchandising and on-site marketing content. Maintain safety and a positive, energetic environment; participate in team-based goals and promotions. Requires 18+ years old, weekend availability, a high school diploma or equivalent, and excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
Required Qualifications
