Job Summary
Front Desk Coordinator (Clinic Support Associate) for a physical/occupational/speech therapy clinic. Responsibilities include greeting patients, managing front desk operations, scheduling appointments, processing faxes, entering/updating patient data in the EMR (Theraoffice), generating reports, reconciling co-pays, and assisting clinicians with patient care. Requires welcoming patient interactions, accurate appointment scheduling, HIPAA compliance, data entry, basic phone and in-person communication, and supporting therapy sessions as needed. Must have high school diploma or GED; 1 year of medical office experience preferred; proficient in Google Suite; strong communication and organizational skills; ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced clinic environment.
Required Qualifications

- One year of medical office experience preferred
- Familiarity with EMR systems a plus
- Proficiency in Google Suite
