Job Summary
Greet and engage patients to deliver a friendly, professional first impression in a fast-paced walk-in clinic environment. Present membership options, promotions, and service benefits to encourage conversions, then process sales, upgrades, and payments accurately. Track and report sales activity, patient visits, and conversion metrics while managing patient flow to support clinic efficiency. Requires availability Sundays from 9:30am to 5:00pm and Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays from 9:30am to 7:00pm with occasional travel. Base pay is $13.00 per hour with bonus potential, health insurance, and a 401(k). Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in sales, customer service, or a client-facing role
- Strong communication and persuasion skills with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, walk-in clinic environment
- Basic computer and payment processing skills
- Reliable, professional, and goal-oriented team player
- Availability Sundays from 9:30am to 5:00pm
- Availability Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays from 9:30am to 7:00pm
- Occasional Travel
