Job Summary
Greet and check in patients while managing clinic flow to ensure timely, organized service. Present wellness plans and membership packages to support sales goals, converting new and returning patients into members. Answer phone calls, assist with appointment scheduling, and re-engage inactive members using POS software to maintain up-to-date records. Maintain a clean front desk environment and collaborate with chiropractors to ensure a positive patient experience. This role requires flexible availability Monday through Saturday with travel between Monrovia and Rosemead clinics. Starting pay is $17.00–$18.00 per hour plus bonus and complimentary chiropractic care.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to stand/sit for long periods
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Flexible availability Monday thru Saturday
- Travel between our Monrovia and Rosemead clinics

- Minimum one year of customer service and sales experience
- Strong phone, computer, and multitasking skills
- Energetic, motivated, and confident in a goal-driven environment
- Positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset
- Office management or marketing experience
- Bilingual in Spanish
