Job Summary
Front Desk Coordinator in a Part-Time role delivering patient-facing front desk operations in a retail healthcare setting. Responsibilities include greeting and checking in patients, managing patient flow, presenting and selling wellness plans and memberships, assisting with appointment scheduling and patient inquiries, re-engaging inactive members, maintaining patient records with POS software, contributing to clinic marketing and community outreach, keeping the front desk and clinic environment organized, and collaborating with team members and chiropractors to ensure a positive patient experience. Requires strong customer service and sales aptitude, good phone and computer skills, multitasking ability, and physical capacity to stand/sit for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds. High school diploma or equivalent is required; office management or marketing experience is a plus.
