Job Summary
Front Desk Coordinator providing general administrative support for the corporate office. Responsibilities include maintaining calendars, scheduling meetings and agendas, greeting guests, handling inquiries, travel coordination through the travel booking platform, coordinating meetings and catered events, handling mail, and keeping reception, conference rooms, and kitchens organized. Requires high school diploma with 3–5 years of administrative experience (executive-level preferred), proficiency with Word/Excel/PowerPoint, strong organizational and communication skills, confidentiality, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma required
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 3 - 5 years of administrative assistant experience preferred, ideally at the executive level
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Internet; ability to create and maintain databases and complex spreadsheets
- Resourceful self-starter who can work independently and manage multiple projects
- Ability to maintain high degree of confidentiality
- Analytical and detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable speaking in front of groups
- Strong customer focus and ability to build internal/external relationships with service excellence
