Job Summary
Front Desk Coordinator position in a multi-specialty dental practice in Atlanta, GA. Responsibilities include: checking in/out patients, updating charts, discussing treatment plans, handling phone calls professionally, managing daily appointment overview and confirmations, scheduling follow-ups, assisting with recall lists for Hygiene and Orthodontics, verifying orthodontic patient recalls, maintaining clinic/service logs, assisting with insurance verification, managing front office supply inventory, and collaborating with the team. Requirements include Spanish bilingual ability, prior customer service or call center experience is a plus, strong interpersonal and organizational skills, professional demeanor, reliability, and teamwork.
