Job Summary
Seasonal Front Desk & Concierge Specialist who serves as the primary guest contact at check-in and throughout the stay, handling folio transactions, cash handling, room changes, and basic tech support for resort Wi-Fi and business-center services while assisting with KPIs and daily reporting. The role involves learning both front desk and concierge duties, providing exceptional guest service, resolving guest inquiries, issuing keys, coordinating with Housekeeping and resort staff, and supporting the Marketing Face to Face team during check-in.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one year of Customer Service experience, preferably in a resort/hotel Front Office environment
- A commitment to providing outstanding customer service
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Able to acquire a clear understanding of timeshareware applications
- Basic knowledge of office equipment
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers and leaders
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Capable of seeing a task through to completion
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Follow up of guests/owners expectations
- Plan activities for guests/owners
- Fluent in the English language
- Must have open availability and be able to work weekends and holidays
