Job Summary
Manage guest services and concierge operations at a luxury condominium community in Puerta de Palma. Provide bilingual English/Spanish customer support, handle inquiries, and maintain a professional demeanor while working independently. Ensure punctuality and reliability across all shifts, including early morning and late evening coverage. Maintain basic computer skills for administrative tasks. This full-time role requires a Class D Security License and must be performed by someone authorized to work in the U.S.
