Job Summary
Answer phones, accept deliveries, open doors, greet residents and guests, and provide or deny access to the building. Work resident events, answer account questions, perform property walks, and ensure common areas are tidy. Assist residents with any need while maintaining a tidy environment and offering friendly service. This role is a full-time, hourly position at the flagship Lucky Apartments property, with the first shift running Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Required Qualifications
