Job Summary
Front Desk/Club Lounge Supervisor responsibilities include processing guest check-ins, verifying identity and payment methods, assigning rooms, issuing and activating room keys, and ensuring accurate guest accounts with Marriott Rewards. The role requires balancing and securing cash, preparing daily reports, handling various payment types and vouchers, and coordinating with staff to fulfill guest requests. Assist management in training, evaluating, counseling, motivating and coaching employees, while adhering to accounting procedures and safety practices. Preferred: high school diploma or GED, at least 1 year related experience, and at least 1 year supervisory experience. Location is Kanagawa, Japan.
Required Qualifications
