Job Summary
Greet and register guests via a centralized system while coordinating with housekeeping. Manage cash and credit card transactions, maintaining accurate paperwork and resolving small guest issues immediately. Monitor and balance daily figures, posting room and tax charges on guest accounts. This role supports operations at the Wheeling Island Hotel-Casino-Racetrack, a Delaware North-owned destination featuring gaming, live greyhound racing, and a 151-room hotel. Shifts include evenings, holidays, and weekends, with 8-hour rotations and overtime as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time
- Ability to bend and climb stairs throughout shifts
- Must be available for evenings
- Must be available for holidays
- Must be available for weekends
- Must be available for every weekend
- Must be able to work 8hr shifts
- Must be available for OT as needed
Desired Qualifications
