Job Summary
Provide direction and supervision for program participants while ensuring facility security. Assist participants with daily needs such as personal hygiene and conflict management. Monitor entries and exits of the building, answer routine inquiries, complete daily logs, and manage cleaning chores. Conduct data entry and maintain security protocols, including monitoring cameras and adhering to confidentiality standards. Possess strong organizational and communication skills, and familiarity with homeless and social services.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to speak and write the English language at a high and professional level
- Knowlege of, and familiarity with, homeless services and social services
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office applications Word, Excel and Outlook preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent and professional telephone etiquette and presence
- High degree of confidentiality
- High degree of organizational skills
- Ability to approach problem solving creatively
- Strong ability to utilize a high level of time management and handling multiple tasks
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum one (1) year social service experience preferred
- ServSafe Food Handlers Certification
