Job Summary
Front Desk Clerk to provide receptionist and guest-service support at a resort. Responsibilities include processing guest check-ins/outs, handling billing and payments, creating and managing reservations, entering data into the property management system, generating guest communications, and offering information on resort amenities. The role demands courteous, detail-oriented interaction with guests via telephone, email, and in person; proficiency with computer systems and accurate information handling; and ability to manage multiple tasks, assist VIPs, and maintain knowledge of services, hours, and operations. Knowledge of Opera PMS and PCI standards is advantageous; strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Hospitality or customer service experience required or degree in hospitality, business finance, or accounting.
