Job Summary
Greet guests, process transactions, and manage front office operations to ensure high-quality guest relations. Coordinate daily arrivals and departures, handle cash procedures, and control key inventory while maintaining a neat, organized desk. Resolve guest problems, respond to emergency situations, and report safety or hazard issues to management immediately. Maximize revenue through up-selling and down-selling, attend required training, and send daily shift reports to the supervisor. Work any shift to fill in when others are unavailable, maintain personal cleanliness, and uphold all hotel and brand standards.

- Maintain personal cleanliness
- Have good understanding of PMS system
- Be willing to work any shift and fill in when other associates are not able to work
- Continue working until the next shift arrives
- Send a daily end of shift activity to Supervisor and copy to General Manager
- It is essential that you remain professional at all times
- treat all guests and associates with courtesy and respect, under all circumstances
- work habits should always meet and strive to exceed hotel standards for work procedures, dress, grooming, punctuality and attendance
- be adaptable to change in your work area and in hotel procedures
- have the ability to solve routine problems that occur on the job
- ask for help whenever you are not sure how to do something
- Proficiency of English Language for understanding business letters, memos, customer interaction, presentations, demonstrations, employee direction, audits etc
Desired Qualifications
- Customer services experience/hotel front desk experience preferred
