Front Desk Clerk

Act as the property liaison to provide guests and residents with information, responding to questions in person and over the phone. Process payments and deposits, run reports, and submit maintenance request forms to ensure office efficiency. Partner with the Property Manager to communicate frequently on inquiries and address conflicts promptly to solve problems. Prioritize customer satisfaction to facilitate excellent and memorable guest experiences. This role supports Equity LifeStyle Properties, the leading operator of Manufactured Home Communities and RV Resorts in North America.
