Job Summary
Greet and welcome guests, perform check-in and check-out tasks, and also provide information about the resort and upsell services. Required to manage payments, assist with resort services, and prepare reports for guest check-ins. Must demonstrate exceptional customer service and effectively communicate with guests and staff. The role involves being adaptable and completing various assigned duties in a fast-paced environment. Prior knowledge of Microsoft Office and reservation systems is essential.
Required Qualifications
- Must possess superior customer service skills
- Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Must have working knowledge of computerized reservations systems
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to lift up to 30lbs
- Ability to sustain all temperature climates
