Job Summary
Greet all customers and handle check-ins and check-outs, including room assignments and payment processing for cash, credit cards, and in-house forms. Manage reservations for hotel, spa, and golf, ensuring accurate rate knowledge and timely paperwork completion. Maintain front desk organization, deliver guest supplies, and resolve customer concerns by deferring to leadership as needed. Complete accurate daily till reconciliations and bank endings while adhering to tribal hospitality policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Coeur d'Alene Tribal gaming license
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 18 years of age or older
- Six months of previous related experience
- Previous customer service experience
- At least six-months previous cashiering experience
- Computer skills/knowledge
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Ability to manage conflict and influence outcomes
- Ability to be adept at multi-tasking
- Ability to search for solutions in differing situations
- Ability to develop solutions in ambiguous and complex situations
