Job Summary
Assist guests efficiently, courteously, and professionally by maintaining a high level of service and promptly addressing concerns to ensure satisfaction. Handle guest mail and messages with respect, post charges, collect payments, and follow all cash handling procedures. Respond quickly to incoming calls, lobby visitors, and team members needing assistance while driving hotel shuttle guests. Ensure full knowledge of hotel safety and emergency procedures and stay informed on brand programs and special offers. Communicate effectively with various departments and management regarding guest comments and concerns.
