Job Summary
Oversee front desk operations and assist members and prospects on the phone and in person, greet members to ensure a 5 Star experience, schedule court reservations and private lessons, manage member check-in and balance dues, and maintain a neat, well-stocked desk while providing courteous service. Proficient use of POS and scheduler systems (APTUS, Broadview) and ability to generate daily reports, relay messages clearly, and communicate program details and promotions to members.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Demonstrated knowledge of SPORTIME programs, services, policies and procedures
- Excellent guest service skills
- Solid computer skills (Microsoft applications)
- Ability to explain lessons, programs, memberships and promotions to prospective and existing members
- Ability to listen and communicate effectively
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to multi-task
- Maintain confidentiality
- Develop cooperative working relationships
