Job Summary
Front Desk Associate at WeWork serves as the heart and face of the hospitality team, greeting members and guests, managing front desk operations, mail and packages, and supporting the Community Management team. Responsibilities include registering visiting guests, providing orientation to spaces, maintaining a clean and organized front desk, building relationships with members, knowing WeWork policies, recommending local services, handling emergencies, and promoting WeWork products and solutions. Requires on-site availability, a bachelor’s degree in Tourism/Hospitality or related, and 1+ year of front desk experience; strong English communication and people-skills are essential.
