Job Summary
Front Desk Associate at Dermalogica flagship store in West Hollywood, responsible for educating customers on Dermalogica concepts (FaceMapping), delivering personalized skincare advice, achieving KPI goals, and delivering exceptional customer service on the retail floor. Collaborates with the Lead Skin Therapist to learn Dermalogica Protocols for Pro30 and Pro60 treatments, stays up-to-date with products and treatments, maintains store policies and cleanliness, and supports productivity targets. Requires at least 1 year of retail experience, strong communication and people skills, and the ability to work Thursday through Saturday (24 hours/week). Base pay is $17.00-$19.00 per hour, with a monthly product allowance and eligibility for a bonus plan.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the retail industry.
- Preferred 1 year of experience in a salon/spa environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.
- Clear and precise written and verbal communication skills.
