Job Summary
Greet and welcome customers in person, via phone, or email, directing them to the appropriate department. Answer and manage calls and emails, process inquiries and complaints, and check customers in and out while ensuring reservation and billing accuracy. Maintain the front desk area, keeping it organized, clean, and well-stocked, and update the company database with relevant customer information. Coordinate with other departments to resolve issues and perform general administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and filing. Work an 8-hour evening shift with weekends as needed. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers, colleagues, and managers.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using office equipment, such as a computer, printer, and scanner.
- Familiarity with basic office software, such as Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Desired Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or receptionist roles preferred.
