Job Summary
The Experience Guide role focuses on delivering guest-centric service at The NOW Massage boutique, including greeting guests, booking and editing massage appointments, promoting memberships and enhancements, handling payments, and maintaining a welcoming reception area while collaborating with leadership to ensure best practices. Responsibilities emphasize driving sales of enhancements, memberships, and gift cards; accurately managing appointments; opening/closing the boutique per SOP; resolving guest issues; maintaining guest areas; and contributing to a positive, collaborative work environment. Ideal candidates have sales/service experience, strong guest-service skills, excellent communication, a friendly and outgoing personality, problem-solving abilities, and are team players.
