Job Summary
Front Desk Associate responsible for delivering outstanding guest service at intake/check-in and check-out, handling reservations and inquiries, and maintaining smooth front desk operations. Responsibilities include managing payments using Rent Manager and Camp Spot, coordinating with maintenance to address guest concerns, producing communications (newsletters, reminders, violation notices), and keeping organized records and confidential lease documentation. Strong customer service, communication, multitasking, attention to detail, and proficiency with computer systems (property management software and Microsoft Office) are essential.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior experience in customer service, front desk operations, or hospitality industry is preferred but not required
