Job Summary
Front Desk Associate at PureGym in Clifton, NJ. Responsibilities include greeting members with enthusiasm, guiding potential members on tours to sign up for memberships, enrolling clients in startup sessions with Blink Personal Trainers, answering phones professionally and energetically, executing opening/closing operational procedures to ensure the club runs smoothly, handling member requests with urgency, maintaining a spotless club environment with regular movement of equipment, and maintaining punctual attendance. Requirements emphasize high-energy, excellent communication, ability to lift/move gym equipment, front-desk stasis, superior customer service, multitasking, problem-solving, and a passion for fitness.
Required Qualifications
- Enthusiastic, energetic, friendly and personable
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to lift and move gym equipment weighing 15-20 lbs frequently and 45 lbs occasionally
- Able to remain in a stationary position at the front desk for the majority of the workday
- World class customer service skills
- Works hard, multi-tasks and is a problem solver
