Job Summary
Greet members and guests upon entry, assist with check-ins, and answer phones while promoting the Judgement Free Zone®. Handle membership functions including sign-ups, billing updates, cancellations, and prospective member tours. Execute retail transactions to drive sales goals and resolve member concerns by escalating to management as needed. Maintain club standards through regular cleaning, sanitizing equipment and facilities, and conducting comprehensive safety walks to address maintenance issues.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Willing to become CPR/AED Certified
- Basic computer proficiency
- Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- 6-12 months of experience in a customer service environment is preferred
