Job Summary
Greet members and guests upon entry and exit, assisting with check-ins and answering phone inquiries. Resolve member concerns and escalate to a Manager as needed while promoting the Judgement Free Zone® by connecting with members on the club floor. Execute retail transactions, process membership sign-ups and updates, and conduct prospective member tours. Perform daily cleaning and sanitizing of exercise equipment, restrooms, and communal spaces, plus execute comprehensive club walks to address safety and maintenance issues. This role supports Planet Fitness's mission to provide a welcoming fitness experience in a culture focused on member health and community engagement.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds
- Willing to become CPR/AED Certified (Training provided by Planet Fitness)
- Basic computer proficiency
Desired Qualifications
- 6-12 months of experience in a customer service environment is preferred
