Job Summary
Greet members and guests upon entry and exit, assisting with check-ins and answering phone inquiries. Resolve member concerns and escalate to managers as needed while promoting the Judgement Free Zone® by connecting with members on the club floor. Execute retail transactions, process membership sign-ups and updates, and conduct prospective member tours. Perform regular cleaning and sanitizing of exercise equipment, restrooms, and communal spaces, plus address maintenance issues like broken equipment or leaks. This role requires 6-12 months of customer service experience, CPR/AED certification, and the ability to lift 75 pounds. Full-time employment includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, free Black Card membership, and tuition reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Willing to become CPR/AED Certified
- Basic computer proficiency
- Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- 6-12 months of experience in a customer service environment is preferred
