Front Desk Associate

Greet members and guests at the front desk, handling check-ins, phone calls, and prospective member tours while driving retail sales. Manage membership functions including sign-ups, billing updates, and cancellations, resolving concerns and escalating issues to managers as needed. Maintain club standards by performing regular cleaning, sanitizing equipment and restrooms, conducting safety walks, and addressing maintenance requests. Execute these duties with a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and attention to detail in a welcoming environment.
