Job Summary
Greet members and guests upon entry and exit, assisting with check-ins and answering phone inquiries. Resolve member concerns and escalate issues to managers as needed, while promoting the Judgement Free Zone by connecting with members on the club floor. Execute retail transactions, process membership sign-ups and updates, and conduct prospective member tours. Perform regular cleaning and sanitizing of equipment, restrooms, and communal spaces, plus address maintenance and safety concerns. This role requires 6-12 months of customer service experience and the ability to lift 75 pounds. Planet Fitness offers free Black Card membership, health insurance, and tuition reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Willing to become CPR/AED Certified
- Basic computer proficiency
- Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- 6-12 months of experience in a customer service environment is preferred
