Front Desk Associate

Greet members and guests upon entry and exit, assisting with check-ins and answering phone inquiries. Handle membership functions including sign-ups, billing updates, cancellations, and unpaid balance collections while executing retail transactions to drive sales goals. Promote the Judgement Free Zone by connecting with members on the club floor, resolving concerns, and escalating issues to managers as needed. Perform prospective member calls and tours to assess needs. Maintain club standards by regularly cleaning and sanitizing equipment, restrooms, and communal spaces, conducting comprehensive safety walks to address maintenance issues like broken fixtures or missing dispensers.
