Front Desk Associate

Greet members and guests upon entry and exit, assisting with check-ins and answering phone inquiries. Resolve member concerns and escalate to a Manager as needed. Process membership functions including sign-ups, billing updates, cancellations, and unpaid balance collections. Execute retail transactions to drive sales goals while performing prospective member calls and tours. Maintain club standards by cleaning and sanitizing equipment, restrooms, and communal spaces, and promptly address maintenance issues. This role supports Planet Fitness's mission to provide a welcoming, judgement-free environment with over 2,000 clubs nationwide.
