Job Summary
Greet members and guests at the front desk, assist with check-ins, and handle membership functions including sign-ups, billing updates, and cancellations. Promote the Judgement Free Zone by connecting with members on the club floor, resolving concerns, and escalating issues to managers as needed. Execute retail transactions to drive sales goals while performing comprehensive cleaning and sanitizing of all equipment, communal spaces, and restrooms. Answer phones, conduct prospective member calls and tours, and promptly address maintenance and facility concerns. Maintain a clean, safe environment by frequently walking all club areas to fix safety issues and ensure facilities are stocked and clutter-free.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds
- Willing to become CPR/AED Certified (Training provided by Planet Fitness)
- Basic computer proficiency
Desired Qualifications
- 6-12 months of experience in a customer service environment is preferred
