Job Summary
Welcome and exit members with hellos and goodbyes while anticipating their needs and responding promptly. Provide gracious telephone service, resolve customer concerns, and answer questions regarding business procedures and policies. Accept payments, give change, and issue receipts while driving revenue by communicating product benefits and special promotions. Maintain club cleanliness for up to 50% of the shift and deliver efficient customer service in a fast-paced retail environment. This role requires a flexible rotating schedule, with availability discussed directly with the Hiring Manager.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years old or older
- A High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Six months face to face customer service experience in a retail environment
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities
- Solid work ethic with strong decision-making, problem resolution skills
- Self-starter who takes initiative with minimal direction and supervision
- Comfortable working a flexible rotating schedule
- Superior customer service skills
- Ability to talk and hear
- Ability to sit
- Ability to stand
- Ability to use their hands and fingers to handle or feel
- Ability to walk
- Ability to reach with arms and hands
- Ability to climb or balance
- Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
