Greet members and guests at the club entrance, assist with check-ins, and answer phones while maintaining a friendly demeanor. Resolve member concerns by escalating to a Manager as needed and handle membership functions including sign-ups, billing updates, cancellations, and unpaid balance collections. Promote the Judgement Free Zone by connecting with members on the floor, execute retail transactions to drive sales, and perform prospective member tours. Maintain club standards by regularly cleaning and sanitizing equipment, restrooms, and communal spaces, conducting comprehensive safety walks, and addressing maintenance issues like broken fixtures or missing dispensers.
