Job Summary
Welcome and exit members with hellos and goodbyes while answering phones promptly and resolving customer concerns. Anticipate member needs, provide efficient telephone service, and handle payments, receipts, and change. Maintain club cleanliness for up to 50% of the shift and drive revenue by promoting products and special promotions. Answer questions regarding business procedures and policies in a customer-friendly manner. Work a flexible rotating schedule including weekdays and weekends, with specific hours varying by day.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years old or older
- A High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Six months face to face customer service experience in a retail environment
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities
- Solid work ethic with strong decision-making, problem resolution skills
- Self-starter who takes initiative with minimal direction and supervision
- Comfortable working a flexible rotating schedule
- Superior customer service skills
- Ability to talk and hear
- Ability to sit
- Ability to stand
- Ability to use their hands and fingers to handle or feel
- Ability to walk
- Ability to reach with arms and hands
- Ability to climb or balance
