Job Summary
Front Desk Associate at Planet Fitness responsible for member check-in/out with friendly service, greeting and exit, handling payments and receipts, answering questions about policies, maintaining cleanliness of the club, promoting products and promotions, delivering accurate information, and providing superior customer service in a fast-paced retail fitness environment. Must be flexible with rotating schedule and possess strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills; prior retail or fitness industry experience preferred; minimum HS diploma and 18+ years old.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years old or older
- A High School Diploma or Equivalent required
- Six months face to face customer service experience in a retail environment required or 1-year Fitness experience preferred.
