Job Summary
Greet members and guests upon entry, assist with check-ins, and answer phones while maintaining a friendly demeanor. Handle membership functions including sign-ups, billing updates, cancellations, and unpaid balance collections. Promote the Judgement Free Zone by connecting with members on the club floor, resolving concerns, and escalating issues to managers as needed. Execute retail transactions to drive sales goals and perform prospective member calls and tours. Conduct regular cleaning and sanitizing of equipment, communal spaces, and restrooms, while performing comprehensive club walks to address safety and maintenance issues. This role requires 6-12 months of customer service experience, CPR/AED certification, and basic computer proficiency. Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Willing to become CPR/AED Certified
- Basic computer proficiency
- Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds
Desired Qualifications
