Front Desk Associate

Greet members and guests upon entry and exit, assisting with check-ins and answering phone inquiries. Resolve member concerns and escalate to management as needed while promoting the Judgement Free Zone® by connecting with members on the club floor. Manage membership functions including sign-ups, billing updates, cancellations, and unpaid balance collections. Execute retail transactions to drive sales goals and perform prospective member calls and tours. Maintain club standards through regular cleaning, sanitizing equipment and facilities, and addressing maintenance issues like broken fixtures. Ensure restrooms are stocked and clutter-free while conducting comprehensive safety walks to fix policy or cleanliness concerns.
