Front Desk Associate

Greet members and guests upon entry and exit, assisting with check-ins and answering phone inquiries. Process membership functions including sign-ups, billing updates, cancellations, and unpaid balance collections while executing retail transactions to drive sales goals. Connect with members on the club floor to promote the Judgement Free Zone® and assist with fitness journeys, resolving concerns and escalating to management as needed. Perform regular cleaning and sanitizing of all exercise equipment, communal spaces, and restrooms, conducting comprehensive walk-throughs to address safety, policy, and cleanliness issues. Address maintenance concerns such as broken equipment or leaking fixtures promptly.
