Job Summary
Front Desk Associate greets and assists members, handles member interactions with friendly service, answers calls, resolves queries, and promotes memberships and promotions. Responsibilities include maintaining club cleanliness, handling payments and receipts, delivering accurate information on business procedures, and providing a high level of customer service in a fast-paced retail environment. Requires flexibility with rotating hours, strong communication and problem-solving skills, self-starting attitude, and the ability to work a physically active shift.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years old or older
- A High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Six months face to face customer service experience in a retail environment required or 1-year Fitness experience preferred.
