Job Summary
Greet families professionally in person and on the phone, answering questions and utilizing active listening in difficult situations. Manage patient flow during registration, assist with self-registration, and coordinate escalations to ensure timely resolutions. Register patients, maintain accurate accounts with HIPAA compliance, and process incoming documents and mail. Execute opening and closing duties including stocking, sanitizing, and reconciling, while collaborating with leadership on complex issues. Requires intermediate Microsoft Office skills, ability to work flexible schedules, and experience in healthcare or hospitality.
Required Qualifications

- Prior Front Desk, concierge, customer service or other hospitality experience preferred
- High school diploma or GED
