Job Summary
Assist guests with check-in/check-out, manage the hotel’s electronic reservation system and related software, handle financial transactions securely and accurately, anticipate guest needs to maximize the experience, and collaborate with team members to maintain a hospitable, customer-focused environment. Strong oral and written communication, interpersonal skills, and problem-solving abilities are essential. Physical activities include standing, walking, bending, lifting, and squatting for extended periods. Travel is minimal to none beyond the property and surrounding area.
