Job Summary
Front Desk Associate opening shift at Crunch Fitness through CR Fitness. Responsibilities include delivering exceptional customer service, engaging with prospective members, selling memberships, promoting club services, and ensuring a high-energy, positive atmosphere. Requires a positive, high-energy attitude, team-player mindset, strong communication and organizational skills, sales or customer service experience, and the ability to work an opening shift (approx. 5am-2pm). Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus. Includes performance-based compensation with incentivized commission, plus benefits and opportunities for career growth and leadership development.
